FBCS Healthy Kids EXPO is a free, fun-filled evening of activities, designed to promote healthy kids and families in mind, body and spirit. Come and join us for an action packed evening : climbing wall, bouncy castles, gymnastics circuit, healthy food cook off, revolutions indoor cycling, basketball shoot out, kids tennis, health screening, fitness tests, nutrition information, Be Active & Eat Smart, scripture booth, karate demo, BoxFit, prizes and more!
