Our Afterschool Program begins at 3 p.m. each day until 5:30 p.m. Students are placed into a structured environment where they are assigned times for homework, snacks and exercise. You can enroll your child on a part time basis (3 days per week) or full time basis (4 or 5 days per week)
How Fees Are Calculated
Just like the school tuition, the monthly fee for After School Care is calculated by taking the total number of days in the school year and dividing it by 10 (the number of months school is open). This is why the monthly fee remains the same even although the number of school days can vary (sometimes widely) from month to month. (Full time $190; Part time $150).
If your child isn’t enrolled in After School Care on either a part time or full time basis, but something comes up and you realize that you won’t be able to pick him/her up at 2:30pm on a particular day, then you can call or email the school office (in advance) to request that he/she be placed in After School Care for that day. For this service there is a CI$25 “Drop In” fee. Please also note that drop-ins are not facilitated on days that school is dismissed early.
All children picked up after 5:30pm will incur a late charge of $1.00 per minute for every minute they remain after 5:30pm. This will be in addition to the After School Care charges and once paid goes directly to the staff member on duty.
