Day 1 – We pass the reading baton to Grade 2. Each grade read for at least 30minutes when they received the baton.
Day 2 – We did buddy reading with our next door neighbors, the P4 class.
Day 3 – Author Day. FBC senior Pastor, Pastor Thabiti came and spoke to Grade 3 and 2 about what it means to be an author. He got us excited to use our imaginations to create word pictures.We also loved hearing him read to us!Day 4 – Book Study. We read the book “My Little Island” by Frane Lessac. Then created an itinerary based on ideas from the book of what we would do with a friend who came to visit Grand Cayman.
Also part of the book study week, Grade 3 recently completed their study on the first book of The Boxcar Children mysterious. Please take time to check out all our great work on the bulletin board in front of our class.
