The children started off learning about ecosystems here at school with a visit from National Trust Education Specialist, Cathy Childs. The basics of Mangrove identification and facts were given in a short presentation.

Then we took the learning to the water.

Did you know?

A large cluster of mangroves is called a mangal. Just as a large group of trees is called a forest.
