Message from Mr. Holtzhouse (Head of School)

Our champion this week, Elijah, was a great Prophet of the LORD. He took on 850 false prophets and their false gods. His prayer was for God to hear and answer SO THAT the world might know that God is the only true God.

But even Elijah had to learn to listen to the “gentle whisper” of God in his life.  Our lives ought to point others to the LORD. Please remember that we are trying to instill some great principles into the lives of your child(ren).

We want them to:

  • 1) listen to the voice of God;
  • 2) obey what the LORD says to them;
  • 3) give it their all when doing what God has asked; and
  • 4) trust the LORD to do the impossible.

Would you help reinforce these principles? Together, we are building champions for the LORD.
