Charleston Wrap Fundraiser continues until October 2! Orders should arrive in time for US Thanksgiving at the end of November. Information went out separately and orders can be taken online, or on forms sent home with students.

EDUCATION SUNDAY- Students will be singing in the morning service at 10:30 a.m.
All students are learning an arrangement of the song “I Can Only Imagine” to sing as a choir during the First Baptist Church and School Education Sunday Service to take place on October 6th. We hope that most of you will be able to join us! Please encourage students to practice this one at home over the next few weeks to keep it fresh! We have a potluck lunch following and all are invited!
Message from Mr. Holtzhouse (Head of School)
We had a fabulous chapel from Mr. Bremner on Monday as he taught the children about Daniel in the Lion’s Den. We learned about Daniel’s trust in the Lord in spite of what seemed like an impossible situation. Children are leaning to listen and obey, do all that the Lord asks of them and then to trust him for the hard things that belong only to him. These are lessons all of us need to learn. Thank you Mr. Bremner for opening God’s word to us in Chapel. Next week, our guest speaker will be dealing with the story about Daniel’s three friends, Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego. Chapel begins at 8:10am. Come and join us for this wonderful time of instruction.

Student photos to be taken in school uniform. Please Note: if your child is scheduled for their photo on a P.E. day, please send them to school in their school uniform: Navy Polo, Khaki shorts or pants for boys and beige skort for girls. Please pack a P.E. kit for them to change into after their school photo.
