Dear Parents,

We have started a new Science Topic: “Habitats for Plants and Animals” which will include the different types of land and water habitats. We are currently looking at Habitats for Plants & Animals. This includes Land Habitats (Desert, Rain Forest, Forest & Tundra) and Water Habitats (Salt & Fresh Water).The students will enjoy learning more about the different habitats and animals as they research using the Internet and books. As a teacher, I am always motivated to see that my students are enthused about learning; their participation in class discussion is remarkable.

 To make this even more interesting we are going to learn more about the Animal Habitats. Each child will choose an animal for his or her project and also create the perfect habitat.

 Please assist your child with this. Remember BE CREATIVE. Thanks for your usual support.
