Students are required to make a plant log showing a variety of leaves, flowers and seeds.
A short caption describing which plant it belongs to, whether it is an evergreen or deciduous plant and whether it is a tree, shrub or grass should be used.
The way that the seed is spread should also be included.
The project should be in a booklet form so that it can be placed into their portfolios. You can use construction paper to glue or tape leaves on. The pages can be bound or a punch can be used to make holes so that a string can be passed through to hold the pages together.
