We have had a fun and productive week in Grade 5.
In numeracy the students began a Chapter on Algebraic Expressions. I would also like all students to be reviewing their times tables. We will have a times table test each week starting next week.
In literacy they have been busy planning and working on their Tuck Everlasting book projects. They are able to choose different activities to complete about the novel – some involve art, some involve writing, some involve acting / speaking. Please make sure they show you the directions for this. THIS IS DUE 11th MARCH.
Make sure to please check the Grade 5 blog each week ( there is a link at the end of this email ) – the homework and the Wonder of the Week will be on there.
