Literacy:
- This week in Literacy we will be finishing up our last lesson on Nouns. On Thursday January 16th, the students will be given a test covering Plural Nouns with -s, -es, ies, Special Plural Nouns, Singular Possessive Nouns, and Plural Possessive Nouns. This test would be given to see whether or not the students understand the concepts being taught. Please encourage the students to use this weeks homework in their workbook to revise for test.
- Reading is also a very important part of learning, please encourage students to read when they are at home.
The weekly spelling test has commence once again. There is one schedule for Friday January 17th.
Bible:
- In Bible we are covering Jesus’ First Miracle. Grade 3B will be given a short exam on what we covered in class. The students will be given a review sheet today Monday 13th, to aid them in their reviewing.
- Bible verses are also important in Bible. Students will be graded for their memory verse recollection. Please assure that the students are learning their scripture verses even when they are at home.
Social Studies:
- In Social Studies we will be looking at Natural Resource. This is a more hands on class, whereby students will be looking for Natural Resources all around them.
