Today is Wellness Wednesday for spirit week!

What does wellness mean to you? Try and put electronics away today when they’re not needed for school work. How does that make you feel? Can your brain relax a little? Sometimes wellness can be a break for your brain and by not using electronics you get a chance to breathe deeper, have some quiet, and let yourself relax.

There are all kinds of ways to promote wellness, think of something you can do today that brings you joy, helps you relax, and not stress.
