Literacy – Children have started working in their guided reading groups and are rotating through a variety of activities that are at their level. This week in writing, I would like to have all children start writing posts on our blog. Could parents and children ensure they have accepted the blog invitation and sent a copy of their username and password to Miss Hurst so that the children can start writing on the blog.Mathematics – We continue our focus on Place Value and Statistics. Children will be reading and analysing a variety of graphs. They will also have an understanding of place value up to at least six digits.Inquiry (Science) – We investigate the different type of landforms to learn that processes on Earth can change Earth’s landforms and that some of these changes happen slowly while others happen quickly.
