There are many events happening at FBCS as the school year draws to a close. Here are some of them as they pertain to Grade 3.Olympic Week (June 11 – 15)Monday, June 11th. Children are to dress in colors representing Argentina. We will have a school Olympic parade following the chapel service at 9am.Tuesday, June 12th. Concert and Awards night, 6:30pm in the chapel. All children need to attend as children will be performing and receiving awards. Children need to wear smart clothes, such as church clothes.Wednesday, June 13th. Sport’s Day and whole school soccer competition. Children are to dress in athletic clothes, running shoes no open toed shoes.Friday, June 15th. Each grade will be presenting a few slides about their chosen South American country. We will have three students presenting our Argentina slides. This assembly is from 8:15 – 9:00am. We will also have our last Show and Tell for the year.Last Week of the Year! (June 18th – 21st)Monday, June 18th. Queen’s Birthday. Public Holiday.Wednesday, June 20th. Grade 3 End of Year Field Trip to Turtle Farm. 8:30 – 12:30.Thursday, June 21st. Last day of the school year. Noon dismissal. Report cards may be collected from the school office.
