Last week, we took a pause from reading Because of Winn-Dixie and discussed the main characters and their traits. In order to creatively list these traits, we made spiders (invertebrates 😉 don’t you just love it when lessons tie in with each other? *happy dance*) and on each spider leg, students had to list a different trait of their chosen character.
