As our first term comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to ourconference. The conferences will be held on December 6th – 7th and 10th – 11th for the purpose of increasing your understanding of the progress your child is making. Please see me or theAfter-School teacher in order to reserve a slot that best suites you.
Also, as we get close to conference time, I would like you to take a moment to fill out this sheet before our meeting. Use the back if you need more space. This will ensure that we cover all of your concerns. Please complete this form and return it to school with your child before your scheduled conference.I look forward to seeing you soon!
