For Science, Grade 4 has been focusing on living things, from cells, to vertebrates and invertebrates. As the great scientists that we are, we were able to spend some time with our microscopes, gettng up close and personal with a dragon fly and a plethera of cells.
Be sure to ask your child what they saw and discovered. Also, ask what animal group would a dragon fly be classed in.
Things to Know Right Now:
We will be having a Science Test on Thursday, and each child has had their text books from over the weekend to begin studying.
A Science projct was handed ot today and it is due on October 15. Be sure to ask your child what his/her idea is to start their project. A rubrc wil be sent home this week to occompany the instructions. Please let me know if you have any questions.
