As we near the end of Number the Stars, we decided to do some drama, involving our 5 senses to try to experience what the Danish Jews experienced during World War II.

In our first video, Grade 4 hides in Uncle Henrik’s boat from the Nazi soldiers:

Here, Grade 4 gives us the perspective of actually hiding in the dark belly of the Ingeborg as the Nazi soldiers search for any stowaway Jews:
