  • SPELLING NOTE: Students were assigned spelling words to begin studying today, in preparation for a spelling test on Friday.

WRITING

  • Students will be able to complete a pre-assessment showing their ability to write an informative piece of writing.
  • Students will be able to have a basic understanding of informative writing and why we do it.
  • Students will be able to reassess their original piece of writing.
  • Students will be able to start thinking of a topic to learn about and study

BIBLE

  • Demonstrate that God breathes life, understanding, power, and perfection into His words.
  • Contrast the results of obeying God’s Word.
  • Identify examples of adding and taking away from God’s word.
  • Identify 4 important ways the Bible is useful.

SOCIAL STUDIES

  • Research 1 Caribbean country and create an informative, tourist brochure.
  • Present travel brochures in Flip the Classroom.

  • Simple Subjects worksheet
  • Read for at least 30 minutes and update Padlet, describing the setting. Remember to write using 7-Up sentences and using lots of adjectives.

Tuesday:
