  • Proofread a poem for helping verbs with past tense verbs

  • Recognize the different forms of the verb be
  • Proofread for forms of be

WRITING

Grade 4 has been busy identifying and analyzing key aspects of a narrative story. This week, we will continue writing our own narrative stories with an aim to have them published by Friday.

SPELLING

Study for spelling test on Friday. Spelling words can be found on the homework post.

BIBLE

  • Decode the names given to Jesus before He was born.
  • Answer questions and complete sentences related to the Christmas message.
  • Reflect on the name of Jesus and the reason they are significant
  • NOTE: Bible Test – Christmas – on Friday.

SOCIAL STUDIES

  • Students will continue to write research  facts about Christmas in Brazil, Australia, and France.
