English:
- Grammar tests: Tuesday and Wednesday
Reading: Working on book report summary for Rump, in preparation for presentations on Wednesday.
Numeracy: Students will learn to estimate and recognize customary and metric units of volume and mass.
Science: Students will begin their presentations on planets. As well as learn how the sun, earth and moon work together, affecting seasons and rotations and revolutions.
Social Studies: Caymanians, Masters of the Sea – with a focus on the 1932 storm and our seafaring heritage.
Homework/Tests
Literacy : Reading nightly for 30 minutes and update Padlet.
Tuesday

- Prepare for Rump presentation on Wednesday

- Tuesday: Science test (Circuits), no numeracy homework
- Wednesday: Numeracy, practice book page 273-274 (volume)
- Thursday: Numeracy, practice book page 275 – 276 (mass)
- Friday: Numeracy test on volume and mass
Note that students’ planets unit test on Monday 17th.
