Please note:
- Some assessments will form part of a classwork mark – I will often inform the students verbally and the quiz / test will be on a small part of the unit that we’re busy with. This gives them feedback of their performance before a big test and helps me address any issues.
- I tick correct work and put a dot next to incorrect work as I believe students should always be able to review their work and hopefully improve their answers.
- I will allow students to retake a test that they did not do well in or if they would like to improve their result. I try to mark their tests in class and give them feedback in order for them to review their work and eliminate errors.
