Home Learning: Wednesday, March 18

Welcome Fourth Graders to remote learning!

Ms.Suckoo and I have missed you! You and your family are constantly in our thoughts. I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about this virus and how we’re in unprecedented times. So, I’m going to skip that part. However, it is time for us to stand together and help each other through this time. Quit the complaining and let’s promise to take it day by day together.

Some startup tips:

– Ms.Suckoo and I will be available via email from 8am to 3pm everyday for any questions. We will be informing you of a platform that we will be using to communicate more easily. More information will follow – we are just waiting for our tech team to have everything ready.

– There is a blog post named “Grade 4 & 6 – Remote Learning Resources“. You will find links to websites and apps that we will be using over the next few weeks. Some of them you are familiar, some of them you’re not – but we’ll guide you through everything.

– We will post your work daily and track your progress. This is a work in progress, so will need feedback from you and your parents on how things are going.

– Below are all the lesson plans for you to follow. You can do the work in any order as long as you complete all the tasks each day. Don’t leave anything for tomorrow as you will fall behind quickly.

– Watch video clip, explaining the Trinity and discuss with family members.

– Then, read Ephesians 4:4-6. You can see that the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit are perfect in unity. They never argue, disagree, or hurt each other’s feelings. Think about your relationship at home. Create a post underneath the video and write ways that you can help make the relationship better through your thoughts, words, and actions.
